Refund Policy
1. Your Right to Cancel
If you purchase from us online, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving a reason.
To exercise your right to cancel, please contact us within the 14-day cancellation period by email or through our customer service.
Once you notify us of your cancellation, you have a further 14 days to return the goods.
2. Returns
Returned items should be:
Unused and in their original condition where possible.
Returned with all original packaging, tags, and accessories.
Securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
You may inspect the goods as you would in a physical shop, but if the value of the goods is reduced because they have been handled more than necessary, we may reduce your refund accordingly.
3. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, is faulty, or is not as described, please contact us as soon as possible.
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you may be entitled to:
A full refund (in certain circumstances).
A repair.
A replacement.
Please provide your order number and photographs of the issue where possible to help us resolve your claim quickly.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 14 days.
Refunds will be made using the original payment method.
If your order was cancelled under your statutory cancellation rights, we will also refund the standard delivery charge paid for your order.
5. Return Postage
If you are returning an item because you changed your mind, you are responsible for the return postage costs unless we state otherwise.
If the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we will cover the reasonable return postage costs.
